The next and final double-race of Italian Championship took place on Mugello circuit. The free trainings on Friday started very positively, Míra was performing well since the very beginning, his achieved times were very good. The first qualification training took place on Friday afternoon after the free trainings and Míra finished on the third position, what was very satisfactory for us. The joy vanished the moment, when it was announced, that Míra´s results were annulled as he drove into the boxes before the qualification time ended and the technician forgot to put the motorcycle in the reserved parking, which is standard after every measured training in the race.

The second measured training was on Saturday morning and Míra finished on the fourth place with 0,3s loss on the first rider, that meant the first row in the starting grid. The first race took place on Saturday afternoon and Míra did not manage the start into the race well, he positioned behind the first ten riders during the first lap. During the next five laps he forged to the first place and made a 1,5s jump on the second rider and this was great! At the end of the sixth lap Míra made a mistake, he accelerated too much and got a high side. The very positive information was, that he was achieving very good times during the six laps and Míra made a new record of the circuit for CIV Championship: 1:59:386 s, which was very pleasant, but the loss of points in the Championship was really pity, because Míra needed to receive such a nice portion of points. The Sunday morning was cloudy, heavy raining, definitely we had to reset the motorcycle for the wet warm-up. Finally Míra finished 10th in the warm-up. As it is getting usual, Míra did not manage to start properly and he was around 20th position during the first lap. It was visible, that his motorcycle is not in the right shape, but this was only our feeling in that moment. Míra was steadily getting forward and he finished on the sixth position at the end. After the race Míra confirmed, that the motorcycle was not working properly and the engine could not come over 13 000 rpm, which was the biggest problem of insufficient engine power. Unfortunately he lost his position to 5th place in the continuous compounding of Italian Championship.
